Care requirements:
Environment: Indoor plant. Requires humidity and warm weather to thrive outdoors.
Light: Requires six to eight hours of direct sunlight a day.
Watering: Requires regular misting and water only when the top of the soil is dry to the touch. Water until the water flows out the bottom of the container.

Light: Grown indoors, keep the plant where it will get bright light for most but not all of the day. When grown outdoors, the plant prefers full sun to part shade and will even grow in full shade.
Watering: Pachira plant is happy with regular, deep watering or even flooding now and then. Give the plant a deep soaking at least once a week or more if the weather is very hot to keep the soil consistently moist.
