Light: Lucky bamboo prefers bright, filtered sunlight, such as what is found under a rainforest canopy. Avoid direct sunlight.
Watering: Water the plant once a week with enough water to cover the roots. Use only bottled or distilled water, or tap water that has been left out for 24 hours to allow the chlorine to evaporate, as they are sensitive to chlorine and other chemicals.
Fertilizing: The plant will only need to be fed every other month, using a very weak liquid fertilizer. A single drop of liquid fertilizer is plenty for most lucky bamboo arrangements.

Environment: Both indoor and outdoor
Light: Grown indoors, keep the plant where it will get bright light for most but not all of the day. When grown outdoors, the plant prefers full sun to part shade and will even grow in full shade.
Watering: Pachira plant is happy with regular, deep watering or even flooding now and then. Give the plant a deep soaking at least once a week or more if the weather is very hot to keep the soil consistently moist.
Fertilizing: Fertilize it every two weeks with an all-purpose fertilizer only during the spring and summer growing period at half the recommended dosage and stop feeding during the rest of the year.
Dracaena Plant
Dracaena is a tall, full houseplant or tree with one or more trunks from which fantastic leaves in green, yellow and gold emerge that can have touches of pink or red around the edges. . The somewhat palm-like shape means that this houseplant adds a rugged, tropical feel and lends an exotic touch to any interior and it mixes well with other indoor trees with smaller leaves.
The name Dracaena is derived from the Greek ‘drákaina’, which means female dragon. This refers to the resin of the draco variety, which is bright red and from the names such as dragon tree and dragon’s blood plant come. The resin is used in the paint industry.
Care requirements:
Environment: Both indoor and outdoor
Light: Filtered indoor light (such as through a sheer curtain in front of a sunny window) or a semi-shade spot.
Watering: Keep them hydrated by misting the leaves with water and keeping the soil lightly misted as well with good drainage. Always allow the top soil to dry out before watering.
Fertilizing: Feed once a month in the spring and summer with a water-soluble, well-balanced plant food at half the recommended strength. No fertilizer is necessary during the winter.
